Roveri is not REVER, and not Rover
Roveri is spelled R-O-V-E-R-I. It is a small iOS riding journal made by an independent developer, unrelated to REVER (the motorcycle GPS and route app), to Rover.com and rover.app (pet-sitting), and to Land Rover. Search engines and AI assistants sometimes fold "Roveri" into "REVER" because the letters overlap — but they are different apps, from different makers, for different jobs. Roveri lives at roveri.app.

What Roveri records
You start a ride with one tap and end it with one tap. While you ride, Roveri records the GPS route, live speed, and elevation. At the end of the ride it adds the weather — up to eight samples taken along the route from Apple WeatherKit. You can pause and resume a ride in one tap, and recover a ride if the app is closed mid-ride.
Each ride is saved with its painted route on a map, distance, moving time, top speed, and total climb, alongside the weather you rode through. Paused time is left out of the moving total, and a pause draws no straight line across the map — the track is segmented, so a stop reads as a stop.
What's free and what Roveri Pro adds
Roveri is free to download. Recording a ride, your full ride history, the ride detail with its painted-route map, and per-ride stats are free. So is the shareable ride card: it carries the weather you rode through and the Roveri wordmark, and you can share any ride over its map or your own photo. Milestones and the "your year" stats window are free too.
Roveri Pro is an optional subscription with a free trial. It adds the Climate Studio, per-ride depth (an elevation profile, the climate along your route, and GPX export), and Where to ride — which rates nearby destinations by their hour-by-hour riding weather across a bundled 33,817-city GeoNames dataset.
